The Bake Shop stocks flour, sugar,, food colorings, rolling pin and other stuff. I think it would be logical for Fantine to sell these, too.

The Bake Stop is a bakery, they give you the baked goods already made. ;) Food Market is for ingredients for cooking/baking!
