, is there any way to get a fix for this? I've lost three quests to it so far, there's no item to buy but it won't let me finish the quest because I don't have whatever item thats supposed to be.

in the past it's been claimed by staff that it's random. There have been past times where the WSQ was drawn as one quest grantor and staff intervenes and replaces it with another (randomly picked?) within a few minutes and then resets the quests. So not completely random.
Saggitarius on WSQ creates a whole ton of sP. It had been a long long time between Saggitarius quest picks and we got one just after Alegarten which sucks a lot of sP out of the economy, and now Quentin and Cinthia for Morostide, and all of these seem very...chosen. Fortuitous even.

so since i'm a little behind the times, how are the weekend quests picked? is there rhyme and reason or is it picked out of a hat? (for at least of the rest of the year, not including holidays that give extra bonuses like cinthia and carl did)

Are these quests broken today? Yesterday I was getting like 2 and 3 items for prizes and today only one item and less money than I am spending on quest items. Oh yeah no Morostide items today either. :(
