Loyalty points should be given for every CSC purchase, not just until the card is full.
But we don't get items from the cards, we get points, and we spend the points in the loyalty shop. You can get items from old cards right now if you want, they don't retire from the shop (at least for the moment). It would be great if we could fill old cards too, then we could get points even after filling the current card. Then we could start at the beginning with the first cards and work our way through points at our own pace, win win right?

I bought 12k of csc but did not get the bonus points I thought you got the bonus with every new card.
I am sitting at 50 loyalty points just now and my Qualifying Purchases: $1326.00 Also I thought that the prizes stopped when you fill a card now instead you buy from loyalty shop

There will be new items added into the shop that will match the card when it goes live, so there will be new items along with all the others staying there.
so i've filled my card up some time ago, but have bought more CSC credits since then, but they aren't counted towards my LP since i already filled the card up. when the new one comes out, will my previous CSC purchases be added onto the new card?
I thought we didn't get items from the cards any more, now we just get points to spend in the shop, right? So it doesn't matter if it's a new card, the items remain the same until they add new ones to the shop. Only difference a new card makes is that we get a few bonus points for filling it, as I understand this.

I can't think of many people who would be happy about that. While we lose the old items completely if they're from a retired card many of us don't spend enough money on here to fill up every card. Once we've got a few new cards that would mean you'd have to spend tons of money to fill up the cards until you got the item you wanted from the newest. That doesn't make sense. Things are fine the way they are. Some people get upset when things are retired but that shouldn't be taken seriously. It's a part of every game and real life too. Some things are limited edition and that's fine.
As the card is just a way to earn points for the shop now, I don't understand why it needs to retire. Why not just leave the current one with each player and start a new one every time it fills up? Surely everyone would be happy with that?
Looking very much forward to the new items- and I am going to chime in with the others who would like to earn loyalty points for CSC purchases after the card is filled. Didn't think this would ever be an issue for me, usually I just barely got the card filled, if at all...but with the release of the old monthly collections, the gorgeous delish sets etc., this time I "overspend". ;-)
Thanks for the heads up! I doubt I'll be able to finish this one. The items in the Loyalty Shop, do they cycle out or do you guys just add news items from time to time? I want to make sure I don't need to spend my current points on a thing I want in there before the new card release.

just thought you might wanna fix this 'you purchase through Paypal, PBC/UGC, or Stripe' since you no longer accept PBC/UGC shouldn't that be removed?
Bought CSC, and my card balance was 99$. So I had to buy another 500 CSC to get the last stamp.. Can we avoid those things? I don't mind the 5$, but it's just annoying that for 1$ I had to spend more than what I wanted..

I so wish you could earn points after the card was filled. I spent at least 50 dollars after so...I'd like that to count for something ;) if at all possible.
Hello : I'm adding my voice to the others who expressed an opinion about earning points AFTER the card is filled. I filled the current card SOON after it was released. I've bought CSC since then and there was no reward, albeit there have been bonus items as well as sales on cash, and for those I am very appreciative.
I'm NOT saying those are not perks, and would appreciate if I'm not name called for pointing this out. I get VERY tired of people slinging out the one liners at each other about how much we need to appreciate subeta. I DO. I don't think we need a choir of people here who appoint themselves as the "morality" police on every issue. People have a right to their opinions. I have to say that I've seen less of that since subeta has made an issue of the need to follow the rules regarding "name calling."
So, getting on with it: Now that we have a shop for spending loyalty points I THOUGHT there was going to be a system to add to those points with every purchase. Is this a programming nightmare? If you TRULY want to reward people for buying cash it would be more than nice (I see this as essential) if ALL purchases of cash could earn loyalty points. Why not?

You are correct with how they work! You can save up your points to buy any prizes you want (in case you don't like a particular round of prizes). :)
I thought it was established when the points system was introduced that you could stock pile the points for a different set of prizes? What would be the point in giving us the option of saving for more expensive items if they're just going to take them all away each time a card changes over?
If I'm completely wrong I'm going to be disappointed.

The items you get from a card retire once the card is done. I'm not talking about the points. No, I can't see many people being in favour of not being able to get the new items at all until they've filled up the old cards. Once an item's retired, it's retired. Some items do get brought back but I'll never be in favour of bringing back old items from past loyalty cards. It's only "win/win" if you're upset you missed some retired items.
