I have done his quest before and hardly ever get a retired book! I do get some quest points!

Someone needs to give him a calculator because he apparently doesn't understand "increased prizes" means we're supposed to get more than 7K for a 15K quest. I think I lost SPs with him and made more with Quentin's regular quests. The WE quests are getting to be not worth it any more unless it's Wiz or Sag.

I always lose rather than gain with his Quests.. but giving it a shot though lost already Lol :)

idk, maybe Alexander just likes me, but he didn't ask for any expensive books today when he usually does. That's the only difference I notice between normal vs. weekend Library quests, though. Rewards seem to be about the same, though always good.

Well, he's very hit or miss. I had to quit some of his quests because of book prices, he gives really low SP, and the items he gives me are often junk but today I did get a retired book from him so that was pretty rad.

Well, I get a low sP profit but the items he gave were really nice. I got some rare books and food :)

I think Library quests are hit or miss. Usually the payout is low regardless but in exchange you get items which you can sell for a profit (unless you're a hoarder like me pff) I hope he's kind to me this weekend LOL

Alexander was very nice today. Usually, I have to quit at least half his quests, but today, I did 12/15.

And yeah, if you're looking for SP from Library quests, well, you're looking in the wrong place. The item rewards are what makes doing it worthwhile. It's one of my daily quests and I always get very nice stuff.

NPC shops aren't showing up in searches anymore,only users shops pop up; it makes questing freaking hard, is it a bug or a new feature???? D=

I'll admit that some individual ones are losses, but I do every library quest every day and I always make an overall profit.

Try vending at Blue Sky for some books he asks for. Some books I have noticed are terribly inflated but their rarity isn't even rare. Good luck everyone.
