just so i'm clear, this only applies to the RS war at this time? Masq, Vesnali, and Epicon points will still be around? I just want to make sureI dont' miss out using up my trinkets from all that stuff first <3
Not everything, no? The plan was to make collection items go direct to collections. We’ve decided to keep this but also give an option for you to buy items to do whatever you want with them (move to shop, treasure chest, etc). People just assumed if we used clothes we’d make them account bound some how. The direct-to-collection option will be cheaper!
Non account bound makes this way less exciting imo, since prices will have to be that much higher :c
That being said, I am sure my lovely little Lemon Leaf Mouse will be out of my range for a while, but still somewhat excited that he might be the remotest possibility again.

Will the new shop be structured in the same way that prize shops are now, or the Zombie Den, where there are little tabs that show which year they come from, or perhaps for this which plot? Or will it be structured like all other shops, in that things will randomly restock?

That’s not really the purpose of this. These items will come back for sP in a lovely old plot shop! :D You’ll get a chance to purchase them with sP. Yep, you’ll be able to buy minions to put in your shop/treasure chest/send to friends/whatever :) When the antique shop opens, the pirate items and islander items will be there for everyone. It won’t matter which side you were a part of. :)

So can any remaining islanders finally be "forgiven" and allowed to enter Port Plunder? It really has been years, after all. And I really don't want to give up my daisy. I worked hard for the islanders, and I am saddened by how they were portrayed at the end of the plot. I shouldn't have to feel ashamed or be punished for which side I supported, and giving up a limited item is a punishment.

I could have sworn I had like 4 points left after the event, did I lose them because I left a flower for Amy? Was that a thing? Did islanders supporters loose their points for that? I don't remember, it was so long ago, but I could have sworn I had like 3 or 4 points left over.
I wish I had some points for all the books, but it must have been a time when I was less active on the site. :(

I’m not going to give you the exact conversion, but we’ve chosen a fair amount based on the value of points now and where we want the value of points to be. Ariel and I brought in the battle admins to make sure they agree with the prices (since weapons will appear) and we’ve discussed with programmers who have stats for how many points are left on site, etc. :)

We’ll be slowly adding the other shops to this big one, and will give warning before hand. Each plot will have a different sP conversion though (just because some plots had a lot more points given out vs others).
I believe so. Probs no. Probs no since Amber won't even hint to the ratio for this currency. And most likely.
The conversion will be different for plots (because some plots we gave out a lot of points vs some that have a little), so I can’t really tell you right now how much sP epicon points will give vs the masq plot.

So now I have another question. I have quite a few points in the Masq plot shop from 2 yrs ago, as well as Epicon and reading drive. When will those be closing and converted, and can you give us a hint at the ratio of exchange for the points to sP conversion?? Will it be the same for all the different currencies, will we get ample warning to spend them before they're converted? Thank you! :)
Do you know what the conversion rate would be for the points? I have pts left over from some other plots and don't know if I should just buy random items or if the sp conversion will be decent.

Thank you Amber. Is there a way I can be reminded of further announcements? I've tried joining a ping group for updates and whenever I click on the link to do that I get thrown ??? somewhere else. I am sorry I just woke up and I can't remember where it was that I was "thrown" when I clicked on the link (in the forums that Keith posted at some point). All I remember is that it didn't take me to the expected place where I was given the option to join the ping group. I'm technology stunted here (born in the 1950's)
