But I have to agree with Stijn- it looks more like it could be an angelic kerubi than an angelic keeto. Perhaps because it was done by the artist that drew the kerubi, and the style is the same.
I dunno. It just doesn't look like the keeto to me, even though it has the markings.

I think the angelic Keeto is adorable - but totally does not fit Crou at all so I will not be getting one. snugs Crou - getting his blood all over herself XD But hey, that doesn't mean he wont try surrounding himself with them.
