Would the GA be automatically credited? I'm pretty much always logged in and I'm certain I checked the site yesterday and today, but I don't seem to have one. Do I have to do something to claim it?

I filed a ticket BEFORE the site was down for lost CSC ...AND ... lost Suboutique items. I will wait and give time for the staff to sort things before assuming that those items won't be restored. Staff hasn't failed me so far in these issues. Off to see if the GA took effect.
(So people with a GA get an extra day? Is that right?)
I had my GA Activated when the site went down, Does that mean I get an extra day of GA? Or does it matter? As I'm a little confused on that.

I'm so glad everything is good now. I was about to file a ticket before the site went down because when i bought items for a quests they weren't showing up in my inventory. And I kept being told that i didn't have the items even though i surely bought them.
For anyone who lost items, filing a ticket is the way to go! I'm not sure if they can reset quests for people, but at least refunding items they can c:
I meant to say a rollback should've happened in the first place, obviously too late now. In any case, I wonder what's going to happen to those users... I'm just going to assume out of luck like I said earlier.

Better yet, what about those that took things out of their vault/shop/gallery and now their items just up and disappeared? I know users hate rollbacks, but I honestly feel this would be the time to use one.

Thanks for the day, but what about those that purchased things and didn't get them? Or those that were trying to quest or in the middle of quests and only realised they weren't able to turn in the items suddenly and now their quest has run out. I guess they are just out of luck?

AWWWW, I can't believe I did not notice at all! Although, I did find it strange to be able to do 500 vends xD CRAP~! now I've got to price my shop manually....xD I need to read more.
