Graveyard Kumos and Serpenth Revamps!

I feel like the spine should be more visible on the Kumos, but either way, AWESOME revamps! They both look great :)

All the special colors for the Serpenth are updated now! this deserves some confetti or something :)

and wow I could have sworn the Kumos had been updated at least once in that color, guess not lol

..Well shit After waiting so so so long for the serpenth revamp I'm down about it. I feel that it's lost ALL of what made it so awesome. But I get it, it didn't really fall in line with the rest of the graveyard pets. I guess I can just move on from that dream, then.

I love the updated art. I prefer that the old serpenth was a cobra and that is what I miss. The new one looks like a Hydralisk but I still like it :)

So much better ohgod. That serpenth badly needed it. I just love that he is being worked on! And the kumos kept its design but was updated perfectly. It just looks fresh and well shaded. These rock :)

These revamps are really amazing. The kumos now looks more flexible and more real-ish. I'm glad that the serpenth has kept the cobra hood (although it looks a bit like its neck exploded) not a pet I'd have but it's great. :D

I just knew these would be revamped this year. Been waiting for that serpenth to be redone for a long time! They look incredible! Thats pretty much the last of the super outdated graveyard pets. <3

This serpenth makes me so happy. I love that the lower jaws are not connected-- its one of the truly creepy aspects of snakes. The use of the ribcage to fan the neck out here seems like the skin should be a little more stretched than it appears to be, though. The belly scales, though, are so nice. They actually make me think of an illness common to reptiles when the humidity is too high-- scale rot. If left untreated, scale rot causes septicemia, which will quickly kill the animals, so it feels like there could easily be a story to how this creature died. :) Very nicely done!

Ohmygod. These are both so perfect. The Kumos' neck is freaking me out because neck gore is one of my biggest fears, but other than that these are stunning. :o

The old serpenth had that evil 'happy that I'm just about to bite you' smile on it that the new one just doesn't have. The Kumos pose was made more dynamic like "I'm just playing and brought this back" but even more than the original. So because this contrast I'm a little disappointed at serpenth redo.

The kumos is very nice :) The serpenth... sure the old art was old, and yes, it needed a revamp but personally I prefer the old one to this revamp. I'm just attached to the old face I guess. Still, I don't have a GY serpenth so I don't get to complain haha.

YES! These are fantastic. I think the Kumos is probably the best revamp I've seen on the site, even though it's a pretty simple one. It perfectly carries the design over.

The Serpenth's was well needed. I think though with the Kumos it is less cartoon like and more shadowing.

man the new one uses the canvas SO MUCH BETTER it does look great my nostalgic weeping aside this was my one "preciousssssss" old art nostalgia pet laughs. It really has been improved in so many ways.

Those are some huge improvements. The Serpenth revamp has to be the biggest improvement since the bloodred Antlephore. Unfortunately, the Kumos art being that much better than before means it's that much more depressing than before. Poor little guy needs his head stitched back on.

Oooh I like the serpenth a LOT, and I like the defined edges to the belly scales, they look like scales now ;w; they always kind of reminded me of toenails before. I gotta figure out who can be one of these.
