So what if the Mortiking is a bit skinny? You see, he was starved for a while, now he's out for REVENGE, and apparently has gotten some due to the blood on him.
These pets are AWESOME! I want a Graveyard Magnus NOW. Gah, why can't we have 20 pets?! XD

points down I thought I was thinking from the artists' point of view. Apparently, there are a few ways to take what I said.

At any rate, I did praise the magnus highly. It's wonderfully done and looks like everything that a magnus should look like. The broken horn is a nice touch along with the hollow sunken-in eye.

I knew that you weren't being offensive on purpose, it was just upsetting to go and see that. <3 Think from the artists point of view next time though.

Or think of a child and it's dreams. Even the slightest criticism when worded wrongly can crash them completely.

And I never meant to insinuate that the mortiking was poorly done to make the large improvement...well, I didn't mean it how you took it. The mortiking is well done. I'm just a sucker for detail and like seeing consistency. The mortiking is very well done, great lines, wonderful effects, just a tad thin.

No no no, I didn't mean it the way anyone might have read it, honestly. So sorry.

I meant no harm by it. I guess itcould have been worded better, and I will take back anything that might have been offensive. I always get a thrill out of seeing artists improve and telling artists they have improved over their previous work. I would think artists like knowing they've improved rather than either a) digressing and making less desirable work or b) struggling and making no improvements. I just meant to point out that her hard work is paying off. She's getting better.

If you criticized this work, and then said it was 500% better than her last work..
ugh.. I don't even want to get into this.

the lines seem a little thick on the graveyard magnus but I <3 it anyway! The horn chopped in half is hawt.... now how in the world am I gonna get a graveyard potion???

It does look a little skinner than normal even if you do take the white belly into account, though, now you mention it, Kelpie. : It was difficult to draw.

Kelpie, the Mortiking has a white belly - I thought it didn't at first, which does make it look skinny. But once you see the belly... not so thin! XD

I really like the magnus, but it seems like the mortiking lost a lot of bulk to become bloodred. It looks too skinny now. Mortikings are huge and stocky.

The magnus is really cool though. It still maintains everything that makes it a magnus. The flies...is this one of Squeaky's pets?

I love the position of the Bloodred Mortiking,it looks ready to attack.
