Hello, friend. It has taken me longer than I would have liked, but I have managed to strike a bargain with the toymaker. I suspect the amounts of eggnog he was drinking had a part to play in the time this took. Thankfully, my persistence paid off and the nostalgic neela is now available to create! I am not sure this neela will be as good of a guide as my other neela. You may need to be the one that leads the way.



The stipulation in having the toymaker help me with the neela was that he was able to make one of his daughter's favorite pets, too. Thankfully, this pet was the nostalgic noktoa which worked out rather well for my neela anyway, who get on rather well with the species! Just take a set of instructions of either pet over to the Toymaker's Workshop along with an essence of Melody, and he'll help you own the pet of your childhood dreams.



You can pick up the neela instructions from the Cash Shop, and the Noktoa instructions from Thimble & Co. Or, if you're quick, you might find some in the Token Shop.

Note: The Neela Instructions are a higher token price than the other instructions as they're a cash shop item, and will not be restocking at Thimble & Co
