It's been DAYS and I still haven't gotten any of the items from under my tree yet...
OK, were the 2013 items that were accidentally given out the Coalti Tracks, Stolen Snowman Scarf, and Holly Jolly Knit Boots? I see a lot of confusion here, and no answers. These were already in my Wardrobe, and they say that they are Melody Items, so that is my assumption. However, I am sure that others would like clarification, so that they're not deleting the wrong items.

What happened? I collected my prizes but all I can see in my inventory are 4 copies of the Sweetie Cane Necklace.

what happened i got my things then site went down when it came back they were gone along with the events saying i get 5 random prizes for having 6000 score......

Meant to comment yesterday. ..Thank you to Subeta staff for the wonderful Melody gifts under our trees! I'm very excited about the Silver Potion especially :) Also, thank you for doing the snowball fight. I had fun even though I didn't reach my goal of 5000 thrown. Still a fun new diversion for us and much appreciated. I hope everyone had a wonderful Luminaire Day and I'm now looking forward to what neat events and surprises are c in store for us here in 2015. I'm feeling the Subeta love right now and hope the warm fuzzies will continue for a while.

Maybe next they should leave the explanation on the snowball fight page then, cause I suspect a lot of people, like me, missed the poste explaining the score system was an average and just looked at how many snowballs were thrown.

I am having issues with the gifts not going to my inventory as well. If nothing clears up by morning, I'll submit a ticket then. I don't want to bug them if it is just a temporary weirdness.

I had a wonderful month of December and Happy Luminaire to all the Subeta family! January is going to be so boring after so much activity. Melody gifts were spectacular!

OK, im in England, I went to Melody early today, and got a book 'The Joy of Giving' its in my gallery. Ive received nothing else,Ive just been back to see Melody, it at the donate 2000sp page. So no gifts for me? Was I too naughty :cries:

For those confused about deleting the 3 Melody items from this year, here is an explanation. About 15 minutes or so before this news post, another News post went up that was exactly the same. Some people that were online at the time, went right away to collect their presents, but there was a mix-up and we received last year's presents instead of this year's presents. We also received the 3 Melody gifts from this year: the beanbag, the Silver potion, and the book. The site went down while they fixed the issue. When the site came back up, anyone who had claimed their presents already and received last year's presents, received a message telling us to delete those items since they were glitched. When we got this year's presents, there was a second set of the Melody items, which is why some of use had to delete a set of this year's Melody items that we got under our trees. (I hope this makes sense.)
Okay here's what I think happened. The announcement to delete the items came immediately after this post was first put up. If you were one of the people who collected right when this post was first put up then you got the Melody items from this year but you also got the user gifts from last year.
This post was then taken down, Melody was fixed, the post was put back up with the deletion request.
I was one of the people who collected with the first and second post. Luckily for me I just emptied my inventory before I collected the first time so I knew exactly what I needed to delete. The first collection had my three items from 2014 Melody and one user gift from 2013. When I collected again I got the three Melody items from 2014 and all of the presents left under my tree that I got from users in 2014.
The request is to delete the duplicate items. So if you have two of the Silver Potion, Present Pile Beanbag and The Perfect Tree then delete one of each and whatever you got from 2013. If you only collected one of the specific items I mentioned, then I think you're good.

I thought they did explain how the scoring worked. It was easy - take the total # snowballs thrown & divide by how many members on the team. I think it was fair. Hope they have good prizes. :)
I think you should explain how the score system works at the start next time, cause the numbers are confusing. Also people I don't know left me wonderful gifts why ;__; <3
