ITEMS AND PET UPDATES

Okay, I went in with 's help and made a few changes with the items, especially with the Holiday Shop.

First off, ALL Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Easter, and Christmas items have been retired. We also moved the Wrapping Paper from the Toy Box and into the Holiday Shop.

And these new Keith related items have been added to the Holiday Shop!

The Magic Box

Also, the Otter Elixirs have been redrawn, and more have been added!

We have revamped the Serpenth Elixirs too!

The Beach Shack

These lovely new pearls are now on sale at the Beach Shack!

PET UPDATES

Say hello to the Dark Matter Hipposaru!

We also had the problem with the Graveyard Swampie fixed. And as for NOW, we just changed the lineart of the Chibi Kerubi. This MAY be subject to change, however.

Well I will be updating it again, firstly because of the feet and markings on the tail look horrible ^^" And the eyes will probably change a little just so it fits in more with the new Kerubi ( don't worry they won't be like on the redrawn chibi Kerubi) So everybody BE PREPARED! >D

The old kerubi was winning the poll by 50-100 votes, anyway.

Like I said, if MC wants to reupdate it, she can. It's just from my knowledge, she has a million things to do.

As for the Chibi Kerubi, I think that was really unfortunate and badly timed. Even if the lines had been redone, it probably shouldn't have been updated in the middle of a poll. Now it will affect the results of the poll and it won't be a fair reading.

And I couldhonestly see how Cookie feels like she's gotten her toes stepped on. As the original artist, if the lines needed updated, one only needed to ask her to do so, even if she's not officially staff anymore. I know, Sooki, you feel like you were doing her a favor, but I can understand her point of view as well.

At any rate, I still think that despite the new lines and shading, the chibi kerubi still needs a revamp due to the "pasted on hind feet" (Thanks, Richard! That's exactly the best way to put it).

And.. I rather like the updated Kerubi. I thought it'd be seen as a nice compromise -- Mystic's original, cute design and pose + more consistent line width. :/ OHWELL. IT LOOKS DIVINE ANYWAY. <333 SOOKI AND MC.. YOU BOTH ROCK, K? XD <3 At least you can draw pets. o_O Unlike some people... cough me cough XD

Poor Kerubi... i liked the old one best... the lines look boring being all the same thickness... variant thickness lineart helps excentuate shading :/
It looks sort of 'okay' because it's still the same design but now the muzzle looks 'off' and the eyes just look wrong being out-lined in black.
If the chibi kerubi needs anything doing it's an alteration to the hind paws to make them look less pasted on.

Well sorry if I /sound/ offended but to be honest I am! Like I said would it have been so hard to just write me a quick mail and ask? I would have probably said yes anyway!
It's not nice to have other artists fidgeting around with ones pictures, especially if the original artist is still around and doesn't know about it!
That would be like me deciding to add the tealeaves to the angelic Chais head without asking you!

I had forgotten how cool Nightflame my graveyard swampie is because it was a red x for so long. It is perfect. Hooray for Sooki for her artwork. Hooray for whoever fixed the computer x.

My bad. I failed to realise that the new Kerubi had been minimised into a smaller size... XDD Never mind. I like the new colouring lines of the wing-part though... :3 Oh yesh, sorry for typos in previous post. O.O

Aaaw, hmm. I'm kind of liked the previous Kerubi a little more - even if it's only the linart that changed. O.O I want the eyes bigger... XDD Har-har. It's just that, to me, the new line-art made the whole thing - a bit of the eyes - look less Shibi. is crazy Oh well... :3 I like it anyhow...
