I really hate the fact that the fester's image looks so square. The edges are so obvious that it's driving me nuts. It's a nice update otherwise, but dang. D:
The more I look at the fester, the more I think I'm just going to have to pass on it. It looks too much like a chicken or a turkey. The neck isn't long enough, and the body is just too plump to be a bird of prey.
Why is everyone talking about god damn kumos here? We have a Priggle and Fester. Talk about them. GDI.
I personally think the Kumos overall is fine as a species, though I would like to see a couple of the oldest special-coloured ones receive some touch-ups (Spectrum, Hydrus, GY). Just because Rah's the new Kumos artist, it doesn't mean the old art from Arbor needs to be replaced. Will it eventually? Maybe, maybe not.
Back on-topic, I seriously had no idea the priggle has been onsite since 2009! I swore it came out only a couple years ago. xD

The art is lovely, but I liked the old Fester's pose better.... it looks too... plump >__< (reminds me of a turkey X.x)
While the shading is certainly better, I do wonder why the style for the fire has changed so much. It used to be curvy and now it has a lot of corners that make it look more like lightning than flames.

I can see why the new fester maybe better than the fan art one. The fan one is somewhat more defined than the festers we have now.

I think it looks great. I still disagree that the Kumos doesn't need revamping. While the current one was done back in 2008, I still think it blends in with the updated looks with all the others. So, my opinion still stands- the Kumos is fine. There are others that could use updating, that just isn't one of them.I agree that the Mahar needs some love. It's one of the few that hardly has any colors at all. Sadly.
Thank you for making the fester look so freaking cool! My pet View was zapped into a reborn fester over a year ago and I left him that way in hopes of an awesome phoenix-esque revamp. This definitely lived up to my expectations!!! <3
I have five priggles, the reborn is my favorite. This revamp may just make my reborn priggle my favorite pet of all time. I love her face.

What huge improvements! The flames on the reborn priggle look so much nicer, and that reborn fester is just.. wow, what a difference. I really love the shading on the fester, in particular; it's very well-done!
I have love hate with the priggle revamp. I love the body and the flames....the face...not so much...but happy to see the revamps

I like the fan rendering more, really. The anatomy says 'bird of prey' much more than the revamp. It's so chunky to me, and really looks like a chicken with a duck head :/
The common colours got a bit of fluffing up, but I feel as though the special potion poses of the Kumos (minus the Nostalgic), could really use some updating.
Didn't the kumos just get a revamp? There are a couple that need updating, but most of them are fairly recent.
In all honesty, all the Kumoses could use a revamp...O_o

Seeing as the Kumos is now drawn by , I'd love to see her take that pet and run with it. I find the Kumos VERY stiff the way it is now. It doesn't have any flow or movement to it at all. It looks like it's 100% petrified and rather funny. It doesn't have much kumos-ality at all, really. It needs something more.

I love how much more detailed it is. It looks a lot better. Especially the nose. It doesn't look as straight and I love the facial expression a lot more now, too! <3
