Achievement Update

We\'ve got an update to the achievement system issues for you!

If you:
- Have earned an achievement since the new system went live.
- AND didn\'t get an event or a notification that you earned it.
- AND you were supposed to get a reward (title, item, layout or hair style)

Please create a ticket with the name of the achievement and a user admin will help you get the prize you deserve as quickly as possible.

Keep in mind that we are experiencing a high volume of support tickets right now due to the new system and working out the kinks, so you might have to wait a little longer than usual to get a response. Thank you for your patience!

Is it just me or are achievements not loading anymore? I get a "broken image" image and no text. Also I just got the 250 quest achievement for Maleria when I know I should be well into the 750 range if not past that (as in I already received it so I don't know why I'm getting notifications for it now). I'm gonna file a ticket, but I think the achievements not loading thing might be something that others might be experiencing.

I'm pretty sure I've earned some achievements I wasn't supposed to have! Yesterday I was playing Cinthia's Quests, for example, for one of the first times ever and I got an achievement that said I'd played it something like 200 times and I was so confused OTL

I don't really recall those I may-have-earned-yet-did-not-earn-maybe... it's kinda difficult to track the unknown ^^; Already have a ticket on hold about achievement (unrelated issue) so not going to fill up your system with "maybe", but thanks.

I don't know most of the achievements I have ;) but it's not showing that I have collected any plushies, so that's wrong.Extract has 1893/3305 plushies in their collection, but it's showing 0/10 ;) But I guess it will be fixed soon :)

Me too! I got a quest achievement earlier today, and my number went down by 2, lol. 😕 It's only a minor achievement so I don't feel the need to make a ticket, but still. What's up with that.

I was told that my incorrect shop till amount was due to the achievements problem. The till in 1 of my shops hasn't changed since Aug 1 despite having multiple high priced items sell and I'm afraid to empty it because I would probably lose at least 50 million. Hope they get this all fixed soon. Especially the wardrobe, which is still broken. :(

Honestly, I don't keep track of my achievements so I wouldn't even know if I lost or didn't receive a notification or whatnot for it. I don't wanna be a bother and file a ticket if everything is okay, but I wouldn't know if it is because sure I have goals but I don't keep track of every little thing so I might have the achievement I know about but not another one that I didn't even purposefully aim for. I understand it's a lot of work on your end and I appreciate it, but it just seems like a waste of your time if I send in a ticket if I don't know if I'm missing anything or not, but at the same time if I am missing something I would like not to be missing it. I just don't know how to cross reference the two and even check if I'm missing anything because I can't see the old achievements.

I'm really confused.. I wish there was just one big import to carry everything over and that it would just work. We were told to import so many times. Each time was the last big import and then it wouldn't work and another one would be released. So when you say ' since the new system went live' I don't know which one you are talking about. And there was one that was released that we were told that if you imported again after that then you would lose the achievements you'd earned between the one import and the next. Are you all 100% sure that all the achievements from before the importing are actually there now? Just want to make sure before I do this new thing :)

your post in the Achievement Bugs forum that was placed one minute before this annoucement reads to me like it is part of a conversation you were having with other users there that were having problems with achievements that were not newly acquired. So saying "read the post" here is confusing.

What about achievements that you didn't earn but the page says otherwise? Like for example, I'm not even close to the Split Personalities achievement but it says I earned it already, and I want that gone x.x Should I send a ticket or will it fix on its own when the page is updated? Do I reimport?

Is this a temporary fix for those achievement bugs, or is this the only way we will be able to get those items/titles/etc if they are in fact bugged for us? I know I can't be the only person too busy or lazy to look through all those achievements to see what I am missing. :/

Speaking of awarding titles, will those be awarded automatically from now on? Or is there some way that we have to claim them like we did in the old system?
