There isn't a huge difference, but there is a difference between the old and the new :)
And this is why I should never sell my old outdated Subeautique items. :(

I was going "Wait, didn't this JUST get a revamp?" I had to look closer and go "Oh, derp- it was the Boink line that got revamped! I use the two together so much I think they're the same sometimes ;)
I'm still a little worried that it won't be the very oldest of the sets and instead it'll be some of the older lines. Lyrical Priggle had been there for a year and a half!
And now that I'm kicking myself in the arse for not buying the top ages ago...xD Revamp looks great, I just added like three more pieces from this one onto my WL!
This one has been retired for a long time, it just got a revamp, so the art looks different. They revamp really old styles and art so they blend with the current items a bit better. It's so that people who like making outfits can make an outfit with pieces from both times rather than looking too cartooney with old art.
Even though I'm pretty sure the art for this line wasn't as cartooney as some other things in the past, it's nice to just tweak it a bit.
This one already says retired, did it just retire, or was retired before? And if retired, why revamp?
I dont feel like there is that much of a difference. Maybe Im just not a fan of the thick lines/lack of shading/how plastic it looks. I bought a few a while back, hoping to like them. But just bleh. I guess at least I dont have to worry about grabbing other pieces up.
The only one that actually looks revamped is the dress.

subetalodge has previews for every subeautique set as well as their release dates :) Underwater Gurl came out a couple months after the three mentioned below. So you're right it's coming up soon, just not this round

I love that these have been freshened up but retained their quirkiness. I'd honestly love if the new artist took the reigns and released more lines under Peekaboo.

I can't really remember what they used to look like, but they look good now. Not my taste at all, though. I'm always relieved when there's a set I don't feel a compulsive need to own. :P
The gown will update in a few minutes. :) It now has a female and male overlay, rather than just one side.
Neat revamp. The gown is the best in this revamp.

THANK YOU, ARCHER. xD NOW I see a difference. It's not very dramatic of a difference, which is both good and bad, I guess, haha. Good that the art still looks really similar to the original, but I kind of wish the shading had been made more detailed like most of the new stuff. Guess I can't complain though. Still looks pretty good. xD
