The overlay for the stockings is beige, but the item image is definitely more orange. It kind of bugs me that they don't match.
I at first felt like it is sort of similar to the lotus set. Where it looks a bit better but nothing huge. Though side by side it is muchhh better. Yet still for some reason be it the shiny plastic look, or the thick lines, I still feel like this is one of those revamps that isnt up to par. You could make it look like fabric and get rid of the shine so easily.
If it isnt changed, I feel like this will just be another revamp to be revamped soon in the future. Though I do think the shapes of items and size ar so much better. Its not bad, its just not...great overall.
TBH most of the updates be it pet or clothes still look outdated. Thick outline and that shiny celshading. CWs have shown me how much better the art could be on this site and it makes me sad. I don't think the artists are bad I just think this is an ugly style.
The beige looks beige to me, but that might be because of the skin tone on my HA. Have people tried it with different skin tones using the wardrobe?
I haven't looked at this line in so long that I forgot there are three different colored stockings. I had to double check that I had them. The beige looks orange though.
The item version lines look really jagged. The tie and both hats really have the jagged look but all the items have this going on.
Yeah I love how similar this is. I liked the style and shapes of the old line and they've preserved it wonderfully.

I think the fedora looks quite a bit better now that it isn't so huge. Thank you for that! I never understood Subetas infatuation with huge hats that do not fit the head, no sane person would where a hat that big unless they were intentionally trying to draw attention to themselves.
These still look a bit outdated...but that must be my eyes.
I love this line but I have to agree that the beige stockings got really orange/yellow and are no longer actually beige which was a huge fashion staple before. I do however think the artists are doing a great job and the revamps are great fun to keep us excited for new news and new ways to wear things. =)

I love that they kept the same concept/style, and just updated it. This is a perfect example of how redraws should be :) Very well done!

I'm actually very fond of the update! I really liked the style of the originals, and I feel like the revamp didn't change that - just added shading so the line was less unbearably flat-looking. There'll be complaints about any revamp, I guess, but this one is very nice, in my opinion.
I don't like the heavier lineart.
Subeta had a thing where all hats were even more oversized on top of the HAs already oversized head. This was the first fashion line that took that seriously and made clothes to match. Now the hats have been shrunk from that size to the current size. ...bleah... Like with the Lillilace geometric line you have taken the edginess out and made the clothes more "wearable on the street by the selfconcious'. But you have taken the ART out of it.

Why should there be a big change anyway? It's not like they want to change style or something, they just want to update it. And I think it looks good as it is now. :>
Nice revamps, but I like the older shade of beige more. These new ones look more orange to me.

The Boink stockings item art will always be one of my all-time favorites, they're so perfectly cute :) I'll have to wait for a before-and-after to appear so I can really tell what all was changed, but it looks like some of the items have really thick, dark lineart in places :
YAY!!!!! I love the revamps, though I'll admit I was worried for a second it might make the stockings usable for me (I use those stockings all the time for shading). I love how rest of the set is really more wearable now, great job!
I think everything looks more smooth now. And the shoes are finally usable :)
Most of these look great. Especially love the beret and the shoulderless top. I am a little disappointed with the stockings though. I really loved the "barely there" translucence of the old art. And the Beige ones now seem more orange than beige, I use them all the time, but now will have to find a replacement since the oranginess will clash.

Nothing really looks changed...especially the fedora. Maybe like 2 spots of shading per item at most.

Ah, yay! This looks so good now! The knickers are broken, but man I'm in love with the Pencil Mini now. Can't wait to see Pearlessence get revamped. c:
