Dreamsicle is copyrighted? I thought that's just what a orange-and-cream popsicle was called. I've never seen a company called dreamsicle. But sorry about that ^^
Left a message with UPN and WB today (WB Owns seasons 1-5 of buffy, and UPN owns 6-7), since I had no idea which one would have hte actual copyright.
That's what I was thinking since parodies are protected. How about making the hair darker and having Buffystijn? 
If you've got permission, Keith, then that's probably okay. Calling 'em to confirm would be a good choice, though.
As for the other stuff ... yeah ... all copyrighted. You might be able to change the names and try passing them off as parodies. 
I don't know much about Constantine, but it's based on a comic book character, yes? If so, then that would also be a no-no, which was also mentioned by someone back at the time, I believe. However it might be able to be just minorly altered to Keith Constantine Plushie; I'm unsure on that.
And what about other items?
Like the John Constantine Plushie? And Buffy?
I'll call wind-up tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to (I joined their little fan-thing awhile ago and they told me that I can do anything I need to, to advertise Evanescence)
And actually, celebrity names and likenesses can't be used without a license. This is to avoid false endorsement.

Actually, technically, once a general product becomes well-known for that name (ie Xerox, Kleenex) Those companies cannot hold the copyright anymore. I'll have to re-check on that, but I think we're ok.
I was going to post about this on the Staff Board earlier, Band-Aids I knew was, and I think that Dreamsicle (as in taffy) might be, and Jello (as in Float) with the - removed is a bit close to Jell-O, which also is.

Ugh. And both tabasco and the band-aids were my fault, seeing as I added them both. I had no clue band-aids were copyrighted...wtf. I've never heard of any different brands of band-aids other than just "band-aid". And then "band-aids with little patterns on them". x___x My bad, my bad... salaams

Dreamsicle is an orange popsicle (also a registered trademark by the way) with a vanilla ice milk center, Creamsicle is an orange popsicle with a vanilla ice cream center. I'm fairly certain that it is because I was watching someone on tv who was selling a candle of that scent taking great pains to avoid that term.
