im guessing they'll be ranged from 10-40 infinite use for one battle or once per battle(up to 4 or so times) or maybe theyll make a refill station and theyll be once per battle then you refill it and use it again!

Hey, I like these. Ya know... I bruised my ankle playing DDR this morning... sprays self with 25HP Healing Potion AAAH! It burns! Eeeek! X_X
The moral of this is, that the potions areformulated for pets, not users. 
Keep that in mind.
