It's a tribute to Heath Ledger according to the Wikia. He appeared in a Knight's Tale which is why it's this book.

Aww, was considering selling mine recently, should have listened to my Spidey Sense! Oh well, it's adorable and now I'm glad I'll have a copy to keep and a copy to read/sell, depending on if the price ever recovers :p
