Wardrobe Issues

We are experiencing a few issues with the wardrobe and and avatar system this morning. We are actively looking into the issue and will be sure to keep everyone updated throughout the process. As of right now, we have noted the following issues:

Avatars and Previews: Avatars and previews are not working.

Missing Items in Wardrobe: Items will appear to be missing from your wardrobe. We have checked several accounts and items are still listed in the database. Your items are safe! The error is somewhere between the database record and displaying the item in the wardrobe. Be mindful that this error will affect other areas of the site like achievements.

We recommend holding off on trying to load the wardrobe or your avatar until we have these issues resolved.

This is a current issue for me. I'm trying to create my first avatar but every time I try to do hair, the page blanks out and won't reload.

Is this issue what's making my wardrobe not load at all? :c I can't remove any items... Trying to remember not to try loading it, however. I just hope it's fixed really soon! It's been, what, five-six days now? u_u

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm not sure if I'm being affected by this issue or a new one... My HA shows up fine, but I am unable to load ANYTHING in my wardrobe. My saved avatars show up but I can't click on them, and I cant see any of the individual items I'm wearing, or anything else in my wardrobe. I also logged on the first time in a few years yesterday... but that (and the hungry pets at the resort issue that seems to be affecting everyone) is my only issue.... : )

My wardrobe hasn't loaded for a few years...that's why I spend my money elsewhere these days. I only check back to put stickers in a friends collection...

Im in England, I was on here about 7 hours ago, [its 6pm here now] and went to my wardrobe to change when I saw our virus's were fading, but I ended up naked, I hope this hasnt affected anything in my wardrobe. Good luck fixing things :0) wasnt there a notice the other day saying the site would be down ?

Thanks for the heads up n'all. I'm wondering the same thing that NewYork is, though. Granted, I haven't even managed to make it to stage 3 yet even though I became infected about a week ago. But even if I wanted a friend to buy from the shop for me, I can't tell them what to buy 'cause I can't see any of the wearables. xD;

I am very tired of all the issues on this site. I will also be convinced that all items that were in my wardrobe are "safe" when they appear again. Since the March Collection is supposed to be released today its just a great time to have HA and Preview issues as well.

thanks so much for making this clear! I was one of the first to discover it since I was in the middle of making a new HA. I was panicking thinking I got hacked or something. I appreciate the work being done to fix it

Will being able to buy from Skitter's den be extended? I FINALLY got to stage 3 today but can't see any of the wearable items in the den to know if I would want to buy them or not and of course today is the last day x_x
