Grrr..... Alexander. During all my time doing HIS quests( hint, hint ), I've only gotten cheap, crappy items- and lost about 800,000 sp in total. I've NEVER gotten a retired book ( but apparently others have ), and the crappy stuff I get is usually worth, at max, 15,000 sp. Please increase the prizes and sp amount for his quests. This is getting really annoying.

I never do Library quests unless forced (luckily Shinwa didn't ask me for even one today!) because it's just not worth it to me even when he's the weekend quest... but I can't hate Alexander. He's so dang cute with his little glasses holding his book in his tail.

I cannot make a profit with him or Quentin. I wish every week was Wizard Quest, but it wishes were horses we would ride all night. I love Subeta.

Well, I wish there was a way to edit posts here instead of just making new ones. Anyway, I just finished Maleria quests and made a few SPs plus got a lot better stuff than I did with the Library's WE quests. Which is kind of ridiculous. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that for "increased prizes" quests we should at least break even on the SPs not lose and they should be better than other regular quests.

Just finished doing the rest of the Library quests. Had to quit 2/3 of them due to the cost of the books he wanted, lost 36K and got a bunch of junk items, the only one worth anything was only 50K. Don't think I'll be doing any more of these quests.

Thought I was doing really bad, ended up spending 500k more sp than what I made. I added up the worth of the items I have and ended up making that back PLUS 2.5M if everything sells for newest lows. 2M of that is all due to one item, though.

I just finished Shinwa quests for today and she chose Library for 3 of them. Since I had to refuse a bunch due to the prices of the books he wanted, I've already used at least 1/3 of the library quests for today. Not sure if it would be worthwhile doing any more. The problem with decreased quests (for Wiz, for example) is that it sometimes takes 5 quests to get 1 that's affordable for Shinwa. And she has in the past picked Wiz for all 5 quests. Which means I would not be able to do Shinwa quests any more since the Wiz limit is only 15. Blah.

I'm kinda love/hating this. Books are so inflated and it just doesn't seem like they ever have a chance to deflate, even the commons and such. I'll press on I suppose.

What the heck happened to his quests? I used to get so much profit from him being a WE. This is crap. Three books at 82k and a prize of 12k + a 1k item + 9k item. Wow.

Finally got a quest asking for one book, and book is only 8k. Okay, I think, profit for sure!

I remember when the weekend quests actually used to be worth it.

I'm spending 30 to 40k on three items for one quest, and getting back 4.5k and two crap items. Woo hoo?

ever time i do these quests it reminds me to vend more books because i hate their price urgh but oh got a couple retired books so all is well

I like the idea of the Library Quest. But I did all my quests for the day, and received two retired books woth 75k and 40k respectively, and it's early on the first day- these prices will go further down. Also, all of his 'special' books are worth a pittance, and have been so since the Reading Drive.

I think this Quest needs new special prizes, and a shift in the pool of retireds it gives out.
