Rollbacks are far from simple.
Not only are there daily changes in subeta, that would need to be reworked (if we even find what they are) but newer users (in the past day) would be deleted, a long with any item that is gotten during the day.
I believe that anyone who colored a pet is to mail Quetzal. If you sold things then the people that you sold them to will have to delete them. I suppose that you have to delete the sP you got for them as well. I printed out everything that was in the trades at the time that was from the DC; if anyone is found with any of it still in their accounts then they'll be frozen. Also, if you gave anything to anyone then be sure that they delete it so that you don't both risk being frozen; there are logs that are being checked. And, yes, if you got a rare item at the DC donated by a regular user then delete it as well (or from the Pawn Shop); people who had gotten them at the DC might have done either or both to get rid of the items quickly.

In my opinion, no its not.. With a roll back, new members are deleted, and people who have absolutely nothing to do with the giveaway get punished.. Whats the big deal with people just deleting the items they got? And if you used it, just wait for staff to help you out.. Really, people are just making this into a bigger deal than it really is x.x
That is for us to decide and not you tat. We will not roll back. We have done what we feel is right. And honest people will do the right thing. The dishonest will be frozen. Each case will be looked at individually like we always do. Dont worry about us we think about the users more then you give us credit for. Everything we decide revolves around you guys. Secondly what goes on behind the scenes is none of your buisness. Its our job to run the site and keep it going in the background. Its yours to enjoy it. When we have to ask you to do something like this. We have our reasons.
Are there any details about what error actually occured? It seems like it must've taken SOMETHING to set off a r90+ giveaway by the staff's own general account. Many people are now in disarray because of this accident, having used or sold items, while others have no idea that a problem occured, being new users. It is definitely unfair to those who do not know better or are unable to reverse their actions, that you will freeze their accounts.

I do enjoy this site, and it's got some of the best art I've seen, but I think staff may need to work on how they solve problems when the user population inevitably gets tangled in them.
I'm glad that I was at work then and not able to go on to Subeta.
I just hope everyone that did get items see this in time and delete them.
I really hope there isn't a rollback because I did get to color my montre twilight today- but I'll go with whatever is for the best of the site. 
Patience I doubt you get to keep that Kiz though.
Please don't do another roll back. I managed to RS some good items and I'd hate to lose all that sP

Just my luck ^^; I've only been playing this game for two days, saw those items in the Donation Center, and grabbed as many as I could. Didn't know that wasn't a 'normal' thing xD
Anyway, i've colored my pet, and read it books..plus sold off quite a few items that I got at the center..O.o; What should I do about that..?

I wouldn't say this was obviously a bug. Some of us have not been on Subeta long enough to know what is and is not "normal" at the Donation Center.
I sMailed Quetzel since I purchased an item that, looking back, was probably from the Center. And it can not be deleted because it's been used. :/

Err... problem. I just picked up an item from the donation center which is, according to the Shop Search, suspiciously rare. It's donated by the user "littlehinata", not "SubetaTeam", but I'm worried that they might have grabbed it from the glitch and then donated it rather than deleted it.
I didn't know that it was rare when I grabbed it, only that it was something other than the sporks and slots items which the donation center is usually full of...

I admit, it'd be nice were you to allow people to keep the items... but I can see how detrimental it would be to the subeta economy to do so.
But people are right, there -is- the big chance of people not seeing that message or something; and them getting frozen for not being online to delete these items is kind of silly. There are periods of time that I go several days, up to and including a couple weeks where I do not go online.
Not recently, granted, but it does happen. Or there are those who's computers have malfunctiond, causeing them to be off of the intraWEB for several weeks as well....
Seems the easier, less dramatic, and far less -stressful- for all concerned solution would be just to do a simple rollback.

thats actually a good idea....a roll back woul dbe the best way to keep anyone from getting away with it and frozen. But thats up to Keith and if he wants to go through the trouble

Well this has been an exciting first week on your pet site, I even bought my daughter and myself gold accounts. And today I thought, wow how cool, they actually give good things to people. Well I deleted anything I possibly got from the donation center once I read the freeze threat, possibly even some things I didn't get there, just to be safe. Here's my biggest observation from the week. That other pet site may becoming too commercial, and they often go overboard freezing people, but it is with good intentions, to protect the innocent. Here, they will freeze you not with good intentions, but because the site itself was too generous. See, you are different from that other site.

It was roughly sometime after 3PM to around 5:30PM Subeta time this afternoon. I sort of doubt that an avatar would be taken away; I'm not sure on that.

I haven't gone to the Donation Center since I first started on Subeta. I think I'm safe; I don't remember getting any item from the Subeta Team. How recent was this giveaway?

Hasn't this happened at least once before? I seem to remember snagging a Red Cotton Candy at one point and then having to delete it because it was donated via glitch.

Once again, if you gave an item to someone, make sure that they delete it or you could possibly both be frozen. If you got an item from someone else delete it as well.

okay I need help. Most of the items I got were books witch I already read to my pet. But how can I tell if the other items I got were from SubetaTeam because I don't remember.
