Because it's run on a cron that goes every 15 minutes. So if you do it right after it runs, you can be waiting up to 15 minutes past the purchase.

Wonder why the transactions are taking so long during the promotion. I use Stripe and it never takes that long normally.
Cool promotion, I did buy some csc using stripe earlier but it took almost 20 minutes to verify. Don't think i'll do it again though, I trust Paypal way more and it's way quicker. :/

Just bought some csc with Stripe to try it out for the promo. Worked fine. Only took about 5 minutes to verify, which is a little longer than paypal. Kind of made me nervous while I was waiting, lol. Took mine about 15 minutes to clear. Not sure why since I have used stripe before and it was a bit quicker, but I am guessing it has to do with verifying the promotion.maybe. All CSC and cute bunny safe and sound though, hopefully everyone else's goes through soon!
