I don't know why you guys complain on the price - it's actually worth that and more if you battle regularly. The RV scales with your pet, and hits full potential at tier 5, at which point you will be needing it. A lot.

At T5 and up it blocks all icons and has a 25% chance to freeze your opponent. Only drawback is that it's an OPB (once per battle) weapon.

The list of full blockers isn't long, so grab one of these if you haven't already. ;]
