This is AWESOME! I very much enjoyed being able to read the book to me as well as my pet. But I didnt read it to my pet, locked it away, just in case something needs to be referenced in case of a plot!!!

it doesnt disappear. they changed the option to "take a closer look" instead of "read book", probably to avoid the confusion. ive looked at it and its still in my inventory
