This includes gold accounts, custom items, donation items, donations, etc. It is all sent to our email, and we go through it as soon as we can.

If you dont want to wait for something, dont purchase it.

Tickets like that clog up the ticket system, so it takes time getting to other things. When there are only specific staff that can do the donation items, and such. And so sending in a ticket completly messes up the system altogether.

If you do not get what you paid for within 3 days, then you can fill a ticket. Otherwise, wait.

Just a suggestion, why not have two ticketing things, one for people who are getting worried that something went wrong with their payment, and one for everything else...?

Don't people understand why someone might get worried something went wrong with a payment, or it was never made...?

I never sent a ticket in my case, but I was worried because someone else was paying, and things can go wrong...

And as I never got my GA, I guess either something went wrong, such as my username was entered incorrectly, or it wasn't paid...
I realise nothing can be done if it's the latter, but the&;&;&;&;er there could be...

Ptience is golden, like silence. Wait, no its not. Silence is not golden, its yellow. Anyway, people should wait more... Sure, anticipation is great, and you just cant wait, but staff has so much to do.

I agree. The tickets page is ridiculously overrun by "My Gold Account hasn't been Activated" tickets, and its hard to go and get to all the ones that actually merit an answer.
