all my earnings were less than 1,000 sp and i have to spend up to 28,000sp of items to give i even complete the 20/20 quests in 40 mins

Yes, these quests are worth it.
I would say that you spend an average of 10k per quest. If you do 30 quests as a GA user, you spend about 300k, with an average pay back of 3k per quest or so in pure, you get 90k of that trimmed off, so your total sp output may be 210k or so. However, in my quests today, which were pretty meh, I got 2 gripping tales (775k each), 1 Unholy Pages, (3m), 1 Expired snot jam (250k) and one Green Rubber Insect Pincer (Left Hand) (125k). Not too shabby.

I do Quentin on regular days as well, and it generally isn't a disappointment.

You should know that it's not sP you are after doing these quests! I got on my very first quest today, but even common books may hit the price of 500k in user shops but do what you want then, maybe it's better this way since if a smaller group of users do them then prices will be higher.

I didn't get any notable items at all, and didn't receive more than 3,700 sp at one time.

Really not worth it. Made no profit.

I got some items that are worth enough to cover my losses, but I didn't get anything super special. But, you live and you learn. Also, it's luck of the draw, so maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. I'm 50/50 for these quests, sometimes they payout and sometimes they don't, but that's to expect with quests.

Not a huge deal, but also not a big loss. I got some books and such. I only spend 5k and under for her. And seem to get items worth 100k most of the time. Thou some are junky 100sp. But overall Ill make a profit selling.

Managed to get a ! (: /tosses into gallery Of course I suffer a loss most of the time, but it also helps clean up left over holiday items so i don't mind losing about 800sP each time. I've also gotten a couple other good items, so Quentin isn't all bad I suppose!

I would consider trying the weekend quest if only the site down message would stop popping up every few seconds XD. All I see is this: Calvin Blackmoon must be at it again, because Subeta is Down! It's really a luck of the draw kinna thing. Yeah, typically her quests are not that great. I won't spend any more than 5k, typically no more than 4, but i'll max out at 5. and I still get decent stuff.

Not that I really care, but I was doing the wiz quests around reset and noticed that he was the weekend quest for a few minutes. Even got a few 50 pointers during that time. What's with the switch?

Good! I still have to do like 500 more of these quests (ugh!) for achievements, and i just can't bring myself to do them unless they're the WSQ. Still not great, but not QUITE as bad as usual. :P

This is less disappointing than usual for me due to the mass of holiday items from Fireside, Morostide and the New Years grab bags shoved into my vault for just such an occasion.
