I think it might be an item that you can use infinitely to feed your pet and make it happy? That's the only reason I can think of as to why it's so expensive. But I'm afraid I might be wrong so I'm not going to use it on my pet just yet xD

The leaf is a

one time use

for feeding or playing with a pet....not sure how long the pet will stay happy or fed though
