I dont think they should be changed. Of all the stuff on there the finding the pw seems to be the easiest for most. You just sit on the BB page and refresh until it pops up. Idk why so many people complain about that. In my opinion training the pet was harder than getting a pw...so maybe its just opinion. But as many can enter the building I say theres no need for change as it has been fine up until now.
