hahah! To the one asking if they know how long the site will be down for, I think past experience has taught them not to give any time estimates. If it takes more than that people start moaning about how "but you SAID it would only take an hour!" When what they SAID was "it SHOULD only take an hour". :P So I don't blame them if they don't even guess at that answer. ;-)
