They could be referring to the large amount of sp that they are sinking out of the economy with this plot. Everything is going for pure instead of some other new currency.

The art museum is gorgeous, and as a lifelong fish nerd, I LOVE the aquarium...really adorable versions of favorite saltwater beauties!
