If you think it's unfair for someone to win twice, don't enter again if you win. Seems easy enough. Everyone has an equal chance of winning every day, so that seems perfectly fair to me.

i for myself, haven't won even once, and i don't care about people winning more than one time

but... really... major quests aren't hard... out of 20 quests i do (minimum since i'm a GA user) a day, i get minimum 5 quests where you just have to enter an auction or send a package there's absolutely NO effort behind that.. really.. and i got more good items from him than the worth of 500 csc o_O maybe i'm just lucky, but i don't think so (i haven't won the 500 csc you know?)

Even if someone has already won, if they take the time and energy to do the quests, I think it's fair that they be allowed to enter again. If it were a random drawing with no work involved, it might be different. Anyway, even if you don't win you still get achievements and stuff out of it, so there's no downside that I can see, really. :)

No, I don't think you should be allowed to win more than once. That's my opinion. I think you should be allowed to win once and then allow for others who haven't won anything to have a chance. Not everyone agrees with me and that's fine but it's easy for you to defend the way it works now because you've already won twice. Of course you like it this way. Apparently I'm just some big mean jerkface for thinking it's an unfair system but whatever.

I don't see why you think people shouldn't be able to participate in an ongoing event even though they may have gotten a reward from it already =/ Everyone has the exact same chance of winning every day, it's a game of luck. It's kinda mean to tell people "No! this event isn't for you!"

tbh i woulda been pretty miffed if i didn't win (I know the odds are low but i havent missed a day yet and i hate major drills with a passion -.-) But I'm defo happy =D grats to all the other winners and GL to everyone else =)
