UPDATE! Subeta charms are on their way!

If you placed an order for charms for us back in December, we are thrilled to let you know that they have finally been shipped out and are on their way to you! Your order shipped from Chicago on Saturday, so keep your eye out for them! Here are some notes about the orders:

* All orders were shipped USPS First Class mail. This means, unfortunately, that we do not have tracking information for each envelope.

• All orders were shipped to the address exactly as it was written in your order. We cannot be responsible for orders lost in the mail due to incorrect addresses.
  
• If any orders are returned to us, we will contact you directly to get corrected shipping information and attempt to resend them to you.


We'd like to thank everyone who ordered the charms, and especially for tolerating the long wait to get them to you. We know it was a frustrating process, and we really appreciate your patience! We have learned a lot about trying to facilitate our own retail sales, and if we decide to do something like this again, you can be assured that we will apply what we have learned to make the process easier and faster for you.
