What an awesome surprise to come home too! :D This is truly one of my favorite stories, and Manticore was such a fun and exciting pet to create for. Thanks everyone! (If you have questions about a TC item, I'm happy to share why I stuck it in there. Some of them are a bit obscure, I know. xD)

I was just explaining to a friend yesterday my obsession with this story (three copies of the book, two copies of the movie, and two versions of the soundtrack, plus various perfumes created for different characters), and here Mr. Man goes and wins the spotlight. :P WHOO!

And I see there are lots of The Last Unicorn fans here (!!!), so I want to make sure everyone knows that the movie will be doing a theater tour in America and Germany in 2012-2013, where certain movie theaters will show the film and afterwards, there will be a Q&A session with Peter S. Beagle himself! Dates haven't been announced, but I'd suggest joining his mailing list so you don't miss it. ;) /PSA

I laughed when I saw the American flag. Got the reference immediately. I'm a big Last Unicorn fan myself (I've got a signed by Peter S. Beagle copy of both the film and the book), so I really love your pet. ^__^

I was momentarily confused by the American flag in the TC, until I remembered that America recorded the soundtrack. Clever.

I didn't get some of the treasure chest items, but this is a great pet. Excellent species/color/name combination, and the story inside didn't disappoint!
