Trivia Glitch

There was a problem (as I know many of you already know) when the trivia was changing over last night. For some reason the script stopped processing in the middle of giving out prizes, which caused not everyone to get their prizes (or the "sorry you got it wrong" events) or for the trivia to change at all.

Unfortunately, there's no way for us to know who got their prizes and who didn't, so the only recourse now is for you to file tickets to get your prizes.

KEEP IN MIND
We only keep your trivia answers recorded until the next one is released! This means that in order for a UA to verify you had the correct answer, they have to check it before midnight next Thursday night/Friday morning. This means if you don't file your ticket until 11:59 Thursday night they probably won't be able to help you. Be proactive and don't procrastinate!

I am super sorry for the inconvenience this has caused everyone. But as a silver lining (since I am an eternal optimist), at least we keep your previous answers recorded now, right?

You don't have to give the answer again. I completely forgot what I had entered too. I just said that I was among the people who didn't get any trivia notification. I got my item, the sP, and my trivia count updated. :)

I want the +1 trivia count, so even though I can't remember if I put in the right answer, I filed a ticket to have it checked. :)

So thats a no. You ONLY have to file a ticket to get a UA to check you had the right answer as they have them all filed till next Thursday/Friday.

Must have happened right after I went to bed last night. I didn't get any kind of event, either did/didn't get the answer. But I thought I put the right answer. However since I didn't write it down I can't confirm that so guess I'll just skip this one for now.

I'm glad I still have the paper that I worked out the answer on! At least they'll now keep the previous trivia answer just in case.

So that's what happened. I was confused, thought it was supposed to alert you even if you lost... and I was sure I got it right. Checking back in the archives, I see that I did get it right. Hope you at least saved the data, some of us want the prize. :)

I got my prize; but I think it means you can get your prize if you file the Ticket before the next answer is released (which they expect to be next Thursday at 11:59)...at least, that's how I read it!
