Not just polite. but in general. All staff are given their positions for a reason. If one of the staff asks you to do something. Unless there is an extreme problem with. If that is the case you can smail me. But even doing that you do what they say until i contact you. As when a staff member says something they usually have a reason for doing what their doing. Its not you the users job to question them. Its my, keith or cydes job.

If you mail the user politely, or talk to them off site politely. Then you can resolve the issue.
If you disagree in public, then you are causing a scene.
Keep in mind though, off site harassment of staff is still against rules.

Well what if you disagree with a staff member should you contact them personally or do you talk to their superior?
I mean it goes without saying you do not get rude or fight it out in the forums but since this staff is real people they are subject to human error so what then do we as members do within our rights to have a dispute settled in timely and civil manner?
I always want to be respective of staff mind you.
Don't misunderstand me please and don't aim the wand towards me the day I mailing my check. Please.
I just think Subeta is a place where we can talk to each other and settle differences without drastic measures being taken.
That is of course if we use proper protocol so please explain to me how we discuss these things in a way that is beneficial to all Subetans alike Staff and Members.

Tracy, there's a huge difference between politely discussing your differences with the mods or their superiors and harassing them for doing their jobs. Harassment and backtalking are not only aggravating, they're unnecessary. And if you're doing something wrong (which you probably are if you've been verbally warned by staff) then you shouldn't keep doing what you're doing. Anyway, I'm sure you get my point. You're always very reasonable, so I don't think there's much for you to worry about.
