Why is a spotlight announcement the place you feel criticism is appropriate? Wouldn't have made sense to at least sMail her or comment her? heck there is even Pet Spotlight + Support Group that you could have posted on, that would have been less rude.

You're right me saying exactly and precisely what I didn't like about it was in no way whatsoever constructive. Yeah I was blunt but I thought it deserved as much (and still do think so). And Jessyta, Queen of hypocracy, thank you for the tid bit <3.

Mike, you are quite wrong, MANY of us have heard of/know of/have given/have received criticism. However, there is a HUUGE difference between say constructive & tasteful criticism (which actually ends up being helpful! No one can improve without a bit of GOOD criticism) and being outright rude because its your ~~opinion~~. Yours managed to fall into the latter category!

Well I can see no one has ever heard of criticism here on subeta but that's ok.. And yes clearly I was insinuating that I am perfect, because you're only allowed to have an opinion about something if you are completely perfect at whatever your opinion is about lol. As far as rude nothing I said should be considered rude by any standards, and tactless? sorry I didn't know that putting your works in public meant that anything not overwhelmingly positive was tactless. And personally, if my pet's profile and story wasn't a lot more well developed then this I wouldnt have it entered, besides the fact that if anyone did have any criticism I would take it just fine, again, if you can;t handle criticism you shouldn't put anything in front of the public... And lamb sorry if you thought I was "talking trash" but yeah criticism =/= trash talk. I liked the idea behind your pet I just more then anything thought the story, although clever, was poorly written.

Besides, her background makes perfect sense as does the TC if you READ her story. Does it make sense for a glade pet? No. But where on Subeta does it say that glade pets have to have cheery stories. Where on subeta does it say that the pets story has to follow the color?

Mike can talk all the trash he wants, there is NOTHING he can say that will ruin the joy I have for Ovie winning the spotlight. I worked hard on Ovie, and clearly staff liked it enough or she wouldn't have been moved to the winners circle.

Wow Mike, just FYI putting 'I don't mean to be offensive' in front of a really tactless and rude comment doesn't automatically make it not offensive. Your comment was so rude and tactless; how would you feel if you won spotlight and someone wrote the same thing? You shouldn't rain on someone's parade.

I thought this pet was lovely, congrats Lamb!

I don't mean to be offensive but how on earth did this pet win the spotlight.. The story was very sporadic and hard to understand unless you reread everything and did a good deal of insinuating... The profile was pretty much just a big clash and nothing went together....
