Please know that we are actively working on the problems the site is experiencing! I don't want you guys to think we're ignoring it or anything; we're just having some trouble diagnosing the problem but we're trying multiple things to try and fix it!

I just wish all the people complaining would understand that you guys are working on it. No one should expect any site to ever work perfectly 100% of the time. Thanks for all you do, Subeta staff. ❤️

I wish all game sites were owned/managed and ran as great as this site is....Maybe I should write to everywhere else I play and ask them to take lessons from the awesome staff here...I love you all! Thanks for the updates
