This is the only re-color I have been sad about, although I do understand you want to update the pets ... ;_; time to repaint my graveyard darkonite.
old swampie had a certain look to it.... new one is pretty cool in its own way too though .3. there's something about that rreign though..... makes me want to snuggle him to death ^-^; I want one nouw. ;^; ❤️

I like all of them. :) Nice coloring etc. But I can always sympathize with someone who has a pet redrawn and doesn't feel as connected to it anymore. :S And, I'm kind of confused about the festivities coming to a close, huh? Did I miss something? goes back to skim through news
That poor rreign...
If the rreign's guts hadn't been spilling out like that, I would have gotten one in a heartbeat. Its e x p r e s s i o n and the bare bone, it's just fantastic. The Darkonite I don't really mind either way, but the colouring is lovely. The Swampie, on the other hand, is sadly not my cup of tea. At all. I like the eye and the boney spikes, but that's about it. Something about it just doesn't appeal to me.

I think these are all pretty cool, though I don't really like the swampie's neck.
I was up most of the night with a sick stomach and coming back to look at them today, that rreign's stomach isn't helping. XD

I'm extremely happy that the Darkonite, especially in the legs, still has a feeling that reminds me of the old one. I wish the brains weren't so.. there, but that's fine. Beautiful pet. I like the Swampie too, the neck is really creepy. The Rreign is freaking sad, though, holy. I don't like to look at it for too long. Guess that's what they were going for.
omg the darkonite's skin! I have to say that I love the coloring in comparison to the older version. The newer version is so much brighter, textured, and fresh (lol). The rreign is adorable if not for the intestines falling out and skin drooping off the bone.. shivers the expression is really loveable though. Not what I was expecting, but I'm glad cause I think the species definitely deserves something new. As for the Swampie, I feel bad for saying it, but for some reason I am never a fan of the Swampie's no matter how well the artist draws them. The broken neck is clever though considering the Swampie is all length and not really much body. Great job!

Oi, I am greatly disappointed by the new Darkonite. :C The shading and added detail is wonderful, but the pose seems very squished, and I can pick out several flaws in the anatomy. Especially with the face, it seems like the entire front of it's head just got completely squashed together. I don't doubt that could happen seeing as how it <i>is</i> a graveyard pet after all, but it just makes for a very awkward looking face. The pose also doesn't flow right, it seems very off-balance. I will greatly miss the old Darkonite. While the drawing itself may have been below the current style quality, it certainly had a lot more personality, balance, and flow in the pose.

SUPER improved, all around. LOVE the rreign. Someone said it looked small? I don't see it! When I saw it, I thought the image was larger than usual, so I opened in in its own window to make sure it was 200x200. I think they all look way better than they did before.
Why is everyone sad with the darkonite?! I think the darknite looks awesome! :P Actually I have NEVER seen the old darkonite but i think it looks fine!

Well, gotta say I'm pretty glad I accidentally zapped Gadzooks out of graveyard and then made her angelic later on. I've been dreading this revamp for a while because the old one just had so much personality :(

The Rreign is dissapointing. :( It's something that wouldn't look out of place with most 2006-graveyard pets, but clashes horribly with the 2011 ones, especially considering how tiny it is.
The main problem would be the lack of texture on the shading in some places, it does feel more plastic that emaciated flesh.
That Rreign is amazing! And I love the swampie. &; But... I'm very disapointed about the Darkonite. It's an amazing job, but I think just addign some of the amazing shadows here and there in the new one in the old picture... Could be... okay to me, I guess. I mean, is totally different, the pose, the bright eyes... The design is totally different that the one I used to love. Uu
Eh... I'm not particularly impressed by these TBH. :/ They're missing something that the other updated Graveyard pets have. I don't quite know how to explain it; they just don't seem quite as polished. Immensely improved from the previous art, of course, but even so, a number of issues are really turning me off here.

OMG!!!! I love soo much the Darkonite! I think the only thing I'm going to miss is the glowing eyes, but then the rest of the fabulous art more than makes up for it.

Great detail, but the old one... it just had way more personality. It had such character I grew incredibly fond of my own Graveyard Darkonite. The character is lost in this one, and the colours don't sit right with me... The toned down grey/green suited it very well, and now it's darker, and has a bluer hue that doesn't seem to fit in at all. And the brain... the brain just terrifies me, more than the Rreign's intestines or the lack of an eye.
The Rreign and the Swampie are gorgeous in their own horrifying way, but the Darkonite leaves me feeling very disappointed, almost to the point of mourning for the loss of the old one. I'm definitely overlaying the old style on my Darkonite's profile.
I like the head of the old Darkonite better.
Love the Swampie and Rreign, but I miss that sassy flair the old Darkonite had. Gorgeous art, but it just doesn't have as much personality to me. :/

I'm a little disappointed with the darkonite.I was going to get one but I don't like the revamp very much.I liked the pose,the eyes and the smile on the old one.It looked very evil just right for my darkonite,but now it looks like it was toned down a bit.
But I do think that the rreign is cute.

As much as I loved the old darkonite, I have to say that the revamp did a great job in reintegrating it into the flow of the new graveyard pets. not my cup of tea, but a job well done is a job well done, Huzzah.

Swampie's a huge improvement, and I love the Rreign- though I'll kinda miss the old GY darkonite in perfect honesty...
It's going to take me a while to get used to the new Darkonite... GY Darko is one of the pets that got me to join back in the day.
This update is interesting, for sure, I like the updated art... but at the same time, I'm just so in love with the old one that I don't know what to make of this yet.
