Riiiiiight! "just" 65 referrals! I have 1 referral (not for the lack of trying)... and that's probably one of my siblings! I just checked and omg... I actually have a pending referral! If she actually played then I'd have 2 (le gasp)! So, in the entire 2 years I've played here I've averaged 1 referral per year... so if I keep up this average I'll be in my 70's before I can get the new referral prize! I've posted to places for advertising, spoken to the few friends that are not already playing, even bragged at school and on other forums... but nothing, nada, zip!

It's a beautiful recolor but seriously not worth it. 50 referrals for 5000 CSC is awesome but not this tbh.

Seriously, I don't have anyone to refer, and I don't post on bulletin boards much and that seems to be a common thing here. I think seeing prizes which need an impossible number of referrals actually puts people off even trying. There might be more success if the new prizes were for a more achieveable number of referrals.
I have three referrals. WTF. The only way you could get this is to gist host your own site like Starry did and advertise through there. I already put too much time/money into this site.

Firstly, unless you're being sarcastic you've severely overestimated the amount of friends an individual tends to have who can be convinced to try a virtual pet website; secondly, that wig is seriously not worth the effort it would take to get together ten referrals, let alone sixty-five. It's well drawn enough, but the style is pretty unattractive.
