Out in the field Dean confronted Michael and Lucifer, who was still in control of Sam.
Dean tried to reach through to Sam, who was still deep down in his vessel, with no prevail. In the heat of the confrontation Castiel yelled out to Micheal.
"HEY!" Micheal and Dean stopped and looked "ASSBUTT!" Castiel threw a Molotov cocktail full of holy oil at Micheal. It erupted on Micheal, he caught fire and yelled in agony.
