Meet Tagalong!

Tagalong is a little lemur with big plans!

He keeps a big list of all his plans
in his little red notebook.

The list gets longer every day!

Tagalong's first ever plan was to be an artist.
He drew at home and he drew at school.

He even drew in the dirt with sticks when his mama took him out to pick fruit. Drawing was all he could think about!

But then, one day, Tagalong's Uncle Banjo came to visit.
He brought his bongo drums with him and said he could teach Tagalong how to play.

Tagalong was so excited! They played drums all morning, and after lunch Banjo gave Tagalong his very own set.

Tagalong played his new drums for the rest of the day and into the evening, all the way til bedtime.

Even when he was tucked snugly into bed,
his head swam with music.

A few days later, Tagalong and Uncle Banjo were playing their drums as they waited for Mama to get home. Tagalong tried very hard to focus on the music, but it was getting late, and he was starting to worry about his mother.
