It says that I have 27/25 days, but it's not letting me have the achievement..?

I retired the achievement right at midnight on the 25th (going into the 26th) because the tracker just tracks visits, not only the first 25. If you didn't receive the achievement, it's because you hit 25 days AFTER 25 days.

I also got the achievement for the first 25 days, but not the Essence. I did file a ticket, "Date filed:2013-12-27 00:32:38", received a reply that the person has to look into it, and haven't heard anything since. Tonight, I visited Melody for the last time, expecting the achievement and the candle and didn't get either. And let me say, I DID NOT miss one day.

While I can understand the reasoning behind that decision, I have to say it is a disappointing one for anyone who was still present for 25 of the days of the month, even if they were not consecutive starting with the first of December.

The thing is, the achievement is specifically for December 1-25, it says it right on the achievement.

I got the achievement but not the Essence. Am I supposed to file a ticket for that? It's my third year in a row getting the achievement!

Your count says you've gone 30 out of 31 days, which would mean that you did miss a day.

Which is the reason I'm writing here...I DID NOT MISS ANY DAYS!!! I started the minute Melody was announced, and hit it every night as soon as news was announced. In fact, since we chat every night, I would remind a friend when I went, so she could too. SHE got her achievements, and the Essence and the candle. I did not.

did you check to see if you have one of each items given out in your account (that is if you didnt buy/get any extras)

Yes I did, I checked with SubetaLodge and I am missing none. That's why I don't understand this.

Does missing 21,22,23 count because it was all because of a blackout other than that I did not miss the other days except those three days because of a snow storm condition

You would be unable to get the achievements and items, as they are only for visiting every day until the 25th, and everyday until the 30th.
