In The Bug Game, I looked at the highscore table and it says 1st place = 17, 2nd place = 15, etc. What is 17 and 15 and so on? 17 what?

I think this refers to the level. If you check your game scores, it should tell you what your highest level for the Bug Game is.

If you're aiming for a high score, I find that this game accepts touch input. I can use two fingers easily, and then three or four as it gets frantic.

there's nothing to know, no worries. You have to have a machine on your end that does that, like a smartphone or an ipad or a computer with touchscreen technology on its monitor. Subeta is capable of detecting this, so instead of having to mouse around you can squish each bug directly.
