Hi everyone! I'm sure you've noticed, but right now we're getting a lot of cloudflare warnings around the site. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot that we can do about that on our end.
Cloudflare is a company that we partner with to handle our CDN - Content Delivery Network. All the images that you see on Subeta are served by CloudFlare from one of their data centers all over the world, making it easy to serve fast and compressed files to you from somewhere close to you. We also use it for DDoS protection (if you remember all those problems we were having two years ago, Cloudflare was a life saver then!) and a lot of other things.
We're watching the situation and trying to get the situation resolved ASAP and apologize for the problems the last few nights.

I'm glad we finally know it's not really the sites fault. I just feel really badly for all the people who missed out on points during the event. I've been lucky enough to get through everything (though tonight was a close one) but I know there were a lot of people who could only really get on to play during the times subeta was down.
At least some of us know it's nothing you can control. ;) I was a bit bummed the last couple days when I couldn't finish my games for the day but know that you always do what you can to make that up to us (which y'all did :) ). Otherwise, frustrating as it can be for the "users", I know it's probably ten times that frustrating for you all dealing with it. xx ❤
