When do we get to open our gifts?

It's Christmas day Subeta time now. When do we get to open the gifts under our Christmas trees? I was hoping to open them before I left for Christmas dinner. What time were the stockings usually open-able?

From what I've heard, usually around noonish? I think manually opens them.
