from what I had heard they were thinking of just adding the boxes to some achievement tiers. The reason it's not restocking I had heard was because back than a few people had messed with that feature in the wrong way. Those people are no longer on site.

It's honestly getting incredibly dishearting that I keep having to tell returning users it's not restocking anymore.

Ahhhh, o.k., thanks for sharing that info. I've been saving like an idiot for that goal since back then. As long as it's achievable achievements that's even better, I guess. Reduing the small ones to only 1 per account last war, was a huge letdown already.
