According to SubetaLodge, the [item2=Frog Royalty] can grant another item when you choose to "Kiss the Frog."

Does anyone know if this is random and a very small chance of happening, or does it no longer work at all?

I've tried kissing this frog a few times, but nothing has happened yet.
