I'm still receiving kisses from NPCs as well.

the kiss them back link gives me a "Forbidden" error, but the notifications (and the additional hearts) keep popping up.

Same - I'm confused, because still getting a few kisses from the booths, yet the Survival Forum on Kumos is no longer accessable but "forbidden" for me since morning.

I thought that shutting down the forums would stop them from running, but now the forums are back up and the kissing booths have stopped running 💋
