none of my Legacy quests reset today, i cant be sure about BB as I think i didn't do it yesterday but the reset are still listed as completed!

Yep. I did Blue Building, Saggitarius, and Item Hunt a little bit before rollover and none of them reset.

I try not to think. It interferes with being nuts.
